Skills Charter supporter Re-Instate is holding an open event on Friday 28th April 2017 to give Bexley businesses and residents a chance to view their Community Hub in Erith and get an update on the support Re-instate can provide to help people gain and / or remain in employment.

Re-Instate is a charity working to improve employment opportunities, quality of life and well-being for disadvantaged people including people experiencing mental ill health, people with learning disabilities and young people. A key part of the vision for Re-Instate is the provision of employment services that build sustainable recovery for people experiencing mental ill-health.

Re-Instate’s services have seen significant change over the last 3 years and as well as helping unemployed residents with mental health needs to find work, they also support people with mental health needs to remain in existing employment.

This can help employers through:

  • Supporting staff to remain at work (rather than take sickness absence)
  • Improving their understanding of mental health, enabling them to positively support all of their workforce
  • Helping employers to avoid losing staff, which could result in costly recruitment needs
The open event will take place
12pm to 3pm on Friday 28th April 2017, at:

St Johns Hall
West Street
Erith
Kent, DA8 1AN

If you, or your business would like to attend please RSVP to info@re-instate.co.uk by Monday 24th April 2017.
We’ll be there, so it will be great to see you there too.

It could be time to re-think what you know about Re-Instate
